Join Game constantly inaccessible- greyed out

I am also having this problem and no it's not because my friends are in a game they are waiting at the menu my other friends can join it's just me the option is greyed out

That does and can be very normal if the join is greyed out it means the person (friend) is already in a active match or in a fully game or private session. If you wanted too join them you would need too invite them too your own session that hasnt already
started. Or they could invite you too there session by making it public or when there is space. Ie someone leaves or the match ends and a new session is started

I'm not sure it is a network issue. Every other feature works perfectly fine, including the online gaming itself. But every single person on my friends list has the Join Game option greyed out. My NAT is open. I tried clearing my Mac address. Testing network
connection and multiplayer connection were the first things I tried. I'm not sure what else I can try

• What troubleshooting have you tried?
• Have you checked your network connection on the Xbox?
• What is the NAT type connection on the Xbox?

• Describe the general type of network connection issue you are experiencing:
  • I can connect, but i am experiencing connection quality issues.
    • I cannot hear my friends or Host/Join Online games
      • proceed with the troubleshooting steps
