Join failed on ark

We run a dedicated server for ark. We cannot join from our Xbox. It was working fine about 2 days ago but now we can't join it at all. I have tried everything and don't know what else to do.

I have been able to join a server from the list, just not my own.

I’m playing Ark from my Xbox One, my nat is listed as strict but I don’t know how to change that. The "Join failed" message appears when I try to join a friend’s game and also appears to my friend when I invite him and tries to join my game

Am I to do this for the computer? And we do have some friends that play on our server as well and are having the same issue
