    Dear Microsoft:

    A dear friend had an unfortunate motor vehicle accident on 11/02/20. He is now permanently paralyzed from the waist down. John is an avid gamer, had wanted the Xbox Series X. His family and friends have been searching desperately to secure a unit for John.
    Is there anyone at Microsoft whom may be able to help? Thank you in advance!
