Nao aparece mensagem de erro e uso um pc e o jogo carrega infinitamente e mas o jogo noa usa toda a ram

Also I would check the minimum and recommended
system requirements to run the game to make sure the game is not crashing because of that.

Pelo o que vc descreveu, devo supor que sua maquina atende aos requisitos minimos do game com folga. Checa se o windows (ou qq que seja seu SO) está atualizado. Se estiver, o problema está no game. Tem vários posts em foruns especificos relatando o mesmo
