Pessoal boa tarde

Adquiri dois jogos recentemente para meu filho.

Porém os mesmos não rodam. Já foi debitado no cartão e também os detalhes falam como concluídos.

Os jogos aparecem aqui no xbox mas não inicializam.

mando e-mail todo dia na microsoft e ninguém resolve nada.

I recently purchased two games for my son.

However, they do not run. It has already been charged to the card and the details also speak as completed.

The games appear here on the xbox but do not start.

I send email every day at microsoft and nobody solves anything.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to this, Pablo.

If you haven't already, I would recommend performing a
power cycle on your device. This will allow you to refresh the console and should assist you with being able to launch your games. This can be done by by holding the
Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

Do any other games not start when you launch them, or is it just these games? If after performing a power cycle on your console, you are still unable to launch those games, you might have to reset your consoles operating system by using a soft factory reset.

This can be done by following these simple steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select System > Settings
> System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console? screen, select Reset and keep my games & apps.

Keep in mind that this will be remove any accounts and Home Xbox associations on your console, so be sure to have the email and password of the accounts you with to recover in-hand.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand that you have purchased 2 digital games that are currently not able to be launched. It sounds like they were able to be installed without complications. Is this correct?

porém a gente clica no jogo para rodar e nada acontece.

Simplesmente não roda nada

Alguns jogos rodam, mas outros não reconhecem o HD. O HD externo de 500gb só estar constando como 32gb.
