Jogos do Game Pass em qualquer lugar.[Translation-Game Pass games anywhere.]

Utilizo o xbox game pass e estou tentando fazer a solicitação de 25 pontos chamada: Jogos do Game Pass em qualquer lugar que consiste em (Instale 5 jogos utilizando o app móvel Game Pass), porém ao ir ao App e colocar o jogo para instalar recebo a seguinte
mensagem: Não foi possível recuperar o status da instalação deste jogo. Não se preocupe, pois o jogo está na fila de instalação em seu xbox.

O jogo é instalado normalmente porém a solicitação não contabiliza.

Alguém sabem como resolver?
