estou tendo problemas com um jogo do far cry 4. em determinada parte do jogo( e somente nessa parte) o console do xbox 360 informa que é impossível ler o disco. o disco não tem arranhados, avarias. já limpei mas não resolve. toda vez que chego na parte do
jogo o cd para. alguém que possa me ajudar. outros jogos funcionam normal

Hello Gabriel,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. It is possible that the disc, while not having viewable damage, is still damaged enough to cause this issue. One thing you can try is installing the disc to your console. Take a look at this support article
