Boa noite! Comprei o jogo shadow of tomb raider porém o jogo não inicia. Baixei o complemento que solicita após inserir a mídia, atualizei o sistema do xbox, instalei o aplicativo Blu-ray, verifiquei a mídia que está limpa, reiniciei o xbox. E depois de
tudo isso o jogo não inicia, a mídia é reconhecida porém o jogo não abre. Como proceder, será que irei perder o valor gasto?
