jogo não toca [Game does not play]

Muito boa noite adquiri um tempo atras o jogo Alien isoletion fiquei um tem po sem jogar tentei jogar agora e o jogo não toca, diz que eu tenho que compra-lo na loja mas eu ja comprei, porque isto acontece?

Devolução de um jogo [Translation - Return of a game]

O meu filho não consegui-o jogar como não tem a xbox e não tem os 14 dias mas não aparece para fazer a devolução como não foi baixado o jogo que posso fazer??

Generally when the game asks that you need to purchase it, that would indicate that the account trying to play the game does not own it. If you aren't totally sure, you can reach out to our
phone/chat support teams and ask them to look through your entitlements for games.

If they're able to find it, post back and let us know and we'll try something else.
