Jogo não reconhece o controle [Mod Translation: Game does not recognize the control]

Gostaria de saber o que devo fazer para configurar o controle joystick para jogar o Asphalt 8 no meu notebook com o sistema Windows 10? O sistema já reconhecer o dispositivo já conectado via porta USB mas o jogo não reconhece o controle.
