    Jogo não pega (Game does not catch)


    Eu comprei um jogo re4 mídia digital na loja, baixei e não quis abrir, em seguida excluí e tentei dnv e não quer fazer download, dar que é impossível fazer download.....eu estava usando pen driver de 16 gb nas duas vezes...poderiam me ajudar ?

    Translation:

    I bought a re4 digital media game in the store, downloaded it and didn't want to open, then deleted and tried dnv and don't want to download, give that it's impossible to download ..... i was using 16gb pen driver both times
    ...can you help me ?

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with installing a game on your console.

    I would first like to clarify, are you using an Xbox 360, or an Xbox One platform?

    If you are using an Xbox 360, You can install games to a USB flash drive or to an Xbox 360 4 GB console. However, some games will not play correctly.

    Is your drive being detected when you plug in your device into your console?

    Have you ever installed any other games on this device?

    If you can provide us with this info, we should be able to assist you further.

    Hello Sandro,

    We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning an inability to launch and play FIFA 19 on your Xbox One console.

    We recommend trying a power cycle
    of the console, as well as
    removing and then adding your Microsoft account.

    If this does not help, it may be more than likely due to the current active service alert which can be found on our website.

    Try this and let us know if this works.
