You could also try a power cycle first. This solve the most problems.

To do the power cycle:

Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front
of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

Diconnect the power cable and wait at least 10 seconds.

Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the
console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

If that dont fix your issue, uninstall and reinstall the game.

Thank you for reaching out. If you haven't already, try performing a power cycle on the console by shutting it down, unplug it for 30 seconds, and turning it back on. Once it boots back up, try playing the game and if you continue to see that same error
pop up,
reinstall the game.

1. From Home, select My games & apps, and then select
   See all.
2. When you’ve highlighted something to uninstall, press the Menu button
   on your controller.
3. Select Manage game & add-ons, then Uninstall all.
