Jogo do mês de Abril: Ryse: Son of Rome

Meu xbox ficou desligado desde janeiro, por alguns motivos pessoais.

Ontem eu liguei ele para poder baixar um jogo que havia adquirido pelo

Games with Gold, porém notei que o jogo não estava na minha lista. O

jogo que eu me refiro é o Ryse: Son of Rome que saiu na Games with Gold

em abril, que na época eu fiz o resgate correto do game, mas por algum

motivo parece que não foi validado ou algo assim, pois aparece para eu

comprar. Gostaria de saber o que preciso fazer para consegui-lo de

volta, lembrando que minha live já tem 3 anos e vencerá no mês 08.

Só para constar, tenho certeza que fiz o resgate do game, pois no mesmo dia resgatei o Darksiders, no entanto, o Darksiders está liberado para mim.

Unfortunately if the game isn't tied to your account there isn't a way for us to provide it again. To check, did you ever play Ryse when you made the free purchase?

 

I didn't play Ryse: Son of Rome when I made the free purchase.
