Gostaria de saber se há alguma possibilidade de jogar os games do game pass offline, pois tem dias q fico em um local sem internet, eu sei q parece ignorância da minha parte, pois, logicamente deve haver uma validação ou algo assim, porém, tem jogos que
funcionam sem internet e sem eu ter comprado, por exemplo o forza 4 é o astroneer, ae fiquei em dúvida se é um bug ou deveriam estar funcionando todos... será que possível os outros funcionarem também?

Thanks for your question. Game Pass games are not available offline on the Xbox One console, though you can access games for Xbox Game Pass for PC(Beta) for up to

30 days after installing on a Windows 10 PC.

If you have any games purchased on your account, you'll be able to play them offline so long as your profile has your console set as home. For more steps on setting this up, check out

Where did you read in the terms of service that you can play Game Pass Games offline?

The closest thing I read about
offline play on Game Pass in this FAQ. Where it says that not all games allow offline play, and for those that allow offline play, you can only play them offline for 30 days.

As GamePass is a "rental" subscription, the games have to check at least every month if your subscription is still active and valid.

Otherwise you could join Game Pass, download all the games, set your console offline, and cancel the subscription. And since the console can't check if your subscription is still active, the console assumes that the subscription ran out, if it is offline
for a certain amount of time.

Game Pass games can be played offline if they don't have MP components

I suspect that Game Pass won't allow you to play completely offline as FS19 has an MP component. It may simply be you can't bypass that part of it
