    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are inquiring about using a game you bought, and using it accross multiple platforms.

    The only way you can play a game across multiple platforms [this only includes PC and Xbox One consoles] is you own a game that has

    Xbox Play Anywhere     capabilities.

    This means that you can play the game on your PC and Xbox One, this also allows you to transfer save data and DLC.

    New to
    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate     is the
    Cloud Gaming     feature that also allow you to play most Xbox Game Pass games on your mobile device.

    I hope this was able to clarify any confusion this might have caused.

    JJ, I believe just hdd. There is a 250 gb minimum for the device, and I believe it has to be USB 3.0, also.
