The only way you can play a game across multiple platforms [this only includes PC and Xbox One consoles] is you own a game that has

Xbox Play Anywhere capabilities.

This means that you can play the game on your PC and Xbox One, this also allows you to transfer save data and DLC.

New to
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is the
Cloud Gaming feature that also allow you to play most Xbox Game Pass games on your mobile device.

I hope this was able to clarify any confusion this might have caused.

It's kind of like asking how the rice is at a Chinese restaurant. I like rice just fine, but I go to the Chinese restaurant for the kung-pao chicken not the rice and you definitely don't play battlefield for the single player.

I've finished two or three missions on normal difficulty and It's fine in a steamed-white-rice kind of way.

Eat lots of rice and chilli.
