    jizsaw puzzle ad freezes screen


    When playing jigsaw puzzle the ad for "Lindal Cedar homes" on the bottom right corner freezes the screen till the ad is over , then the ad in back within 30 seconds. I am frustrated. Can this get fixed somehow.

    GlassesUSA.com ad freezes the screens for Sudoku and Jigsaw. This ad makes it extremely frustrating to try to solve the puzzles! In addition, it causes my computer drive to run without stopping causing it to begin to overheat! This ad needs to either be
    taken down or it needs to be repaired so as not to freeze screens!

    Jigsaw freeze

    Why won't Microsoft or Xbox fix this? I find that the puzzle freezes every time the NBA ad comes up. Sometimes the ad will load, and sometimes it freezes. Why not remove the ad? Why not do SOMETHING???!!!!!#@!#

    I'm sorry to see any issues in Jigsaw! I tested it out today here and did notice some lag when the ad appeared, however it recovered pretty quickly for me.

    If you haven't already, go ahead and uninstall the game then reinstall it. Let me know how it plays after that!

    Sorry if I misunderstood but are you meaning that the game played fine without the hard drive in or was it still freezing?

    Have you tried the steps in our
    Screen Freeze     Troubleshooter? It has a couple of different suggestions based on what you're seeing.

    Please let us know and we'll work from there.

    Stop the ads

    Agreed. Stick with the Google Ad sense style ads until you can figure out how to get the video ads working properly. Or just leave video between puzzles. Something! This is a super fun game, but the frustration that these freezes are causing isn't worth
    coming back for day after day.
