    Have a problem with the jigsaws this morning... all because of the magic jigsaw advertising, which gives only two options: download the app or pay to disable ads. I want neither option, just to dismiss the ads and complete the puzzles.

    Jigsaws

    Problems with loading jigsaws continues: the Magic Jigsaw app allows you only to download it or pay to disable ads. Re-booting the computer only helps on occasions. Should this continue, I'll be opting out of jigsaws.

    jigsaws

    just gone back to doing the jigsaw puzzles after about a couple of weeks on other work. started to do the fable ones which are not to my taste but they are there and stimulate? the brain cells. O now find that when the puzzle is finished it now starts vibrating
    and when back to normal size displays a sparkly vibration in the picture. went off that as I found it objectionable only to find on the next set of jigsaws (Oceans) that this is the same. do your programmer try to find annoying things to include in program's
    and then flood everything with this latest "invention". It is annoying and not required and heaven help anyone who may have epilepsy!!! the program is very slow and will not respond to mouse clicks at a sensible speed.

    you will loose my custom if you don't and then what will the advertisers say.

    New puzzles don't download.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.

    Microsoft games and Xbox sign-in issues

    Same problem with Jigsaw - Solitaire works, but not Jigsaw on Surface 4 in the past week. Xbox customer help can't solve it as this is a 'games on windows' problem, they say. Microsoft Answer Desk can't help. And Jigsaw works fine on a Dell Win 10 platform,
    so it's something about Jigsaw communicating with the xbox registry server on the Surface 4.
