Jigsaw

I've been playing Jigsaw since I "upgraded" to horrible Windows 10. Just this past week, that awful background "music" appeared out of nowhere - a couple of phrases repeated over and over and over again. Jigsaw doesn't have any "preferences" menu like
some of the other games. On MajJong, for example, the animation music and the irritating background noise that is called "music" are on two different scales. You can turn one up and the other way down. With Jigsaw, the only way to get rid of the HORRIBLE
music is to play a totally silent game. I no longer enjoy doing the puzzles. Even with the sound turned way down, I can still hear that irritating music and can feel my tension rising. Somebody decided just recently to add this feature. The game was much
better without it.

And, I'll complain again about the Daily Challenges. Many of them are eye tests, and not jigsaw solving skill contests. Sometimes I can't even tell which pieces are the border pieces. Get rid of that dark blue background so that we can actually see all
the pieces before trying to figure out which fits where.

And, finally, Treasure Hunt (Minesweeper). That game has not been for almost a year, and you still haven't fixed it. I get so sick of getting to the end of the mine with a good score and some tools left for the next round, only to lose because the end
of the "mine" isn't shown on the screen. It's literally clicking in the dark and hoping a mine doesn't go off! Come on, guys - before you make any more tweeks on the games that working perfectly well, fix the game that is in desperate need of repair.

The other question is the hardest: Why do we keep complaining when there is apparently no one on the other end who reads any of these posts, much less tries to take care of the problems. Why is there not a way that we can send complaints to "Support" (if
it exists!). You could still continue to ignore the problems, just like you do now, but we would at least be fooled into thinking someone at Microsoft really cared about fixing the problems. If your company depended on customer service, you would go bankrupt
in 24 hours

Puzzles - on a CD

Do you mean puzzles like jigsaw puzzles, or just games that require you to solve puzzles? In either case, Big Fish is a great source for both jigsaw puzzle and general puzzle games. They're not too expensive, have deals and discounts, and your mom can even play any game for free for one hour.

Tägliche Herausforderung Jigsaw geht nicht mehr zu spielen. Stürzt sofort ab ! Erst deinstalliert, dann Cleaner gestartet, dann neu installiert ! Trozdem geht Jigsaw nicht ! Alle anderen Microsoft Spiele funktionieren gut !
