    Jigsaw


    I upgraded to Premium but cannot download new puzzles. I tried Buildings and one other. It deducts the gold immediately but the puzzles remain in '"downloading" forever. Also, the login appearing in the upper right corner is not what I logged in as when
    I bought Premium. P. Duty

    Puzzles - on a CD

    Do you mean puzzles like jigsaw puzzles, or just games that require you to solve puzzles? In either case, Big Fish is a great source for both jigsaw puzzle and general puzzle games. They're not too expensive, have deals and discounts, and your mom can even play any game for free for one hour.

    Tägliche Herausforderung Jigsaw geht nicht mehr zu spielen. Stürzt sofort ab ! Erst deinstalliert, dann Cleaner gestartet, dann neu installiert ! Trozdem geht Jigsaw nicht ! Alle anderen Microsoft Spiele funktionieren gut !

    New puzzles don't download.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.

    Microsoft games and Xbox sign-in issues

    Same problem with Jigsaw - Solitaire works, but not Jigsaw on Surface 4 in the past week. Xbox customer help can't solve it as this is a 'games on windows' problem, they say. Microsoft Answer Desk can't help. And Jigsaw works fine on a Dell Win 10 platform,
    so it's something about Jigsaw communicating with the xbox registry server on the Surface 4.
