Jigsaw won't sign in

Having the same problem and same dialogue box when I attempt to sign in. Logged in the through the Xbox app and STILL got the same dialogue box when attempting to play jigsaw from within the app. Just the spinning wheel of nothingness.... Jigsaw is obviously
not syncing since the recent update.

The Microsoft Account Site? You may want to consider changing your password
How to change your Microsoft account password to make sure your account is securely under your control.

We also recommend reaching out to the Microsoft Casual Game Community forum to see if there are any applicable solutions there, or post to
see if a member of the community may have one. In regard to the message that you included in your post, it seems as if the item you're attempting to purchase in-game is no longer available so you may wish to choose a different item to proceed.

I too have tried uninstalling the game. I have tried logging into xbox. I keep getting error messages. I am so glad I'm not the only one having issues. I'm about to go batty. I love my puzzles, but I cannot even open any of my packs as they are not even
showing.
