Jigsaw won't open.

Discus and support Jigsaw won't open. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; When I open the program it goes thru the cycle of loading, then shuts down.     Jigsaw won't open.


    When I open the program it goes thru the cycle of loading, then shuts down. From reading other posts, I am not the only one experiencing this problem.

    Before this started, finished puzzles would shut the system down. You had to re-open after each puzzle.

    Daily challenges

    Microsoft Jigsaw gets troubles. I can open the menu of the callenges but cannot play the games. They won't open.

    I have the same problem on MS Mahjong, Jigsaw, and Minesweeper: Installed, ready to play, but won't let me open them. All of them worked last week.

    New puzzles don't download.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.
