Discus and support Jigsaw turns off when trying to get to purchased puzzles in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Jigsaw kicks me out often when trying to download.     Jigsaw kicks me out often when trying to download. It ALWAYS kicks me out when I try to open new puzzles to purchase or download.

    Also is there a way to delete puzzles you don't want anymore?

  2. How can I get new collections of puzzles for Jigsaw Jam?

    The Jigsaw Jam is very challenging for me, but alas, I have done the whole collection of puzzles that is offered in the Jigsaw Jam. I was hoping it would offer new puzzles each month that I can continue to purchase with coins, but they are the same puzzles.
    I have been trying to find out how to get new collections for quite awhile. Can you help?

  3. Microsoft Jigsaw Sigh-In problem

    Cannot sign in to Microsoft Jigsaw unless I turn off Wi-Fi, Launch Jigsaw and after -Box gametag appears, turn Wi-Fi back on. I've reinstalled several times but only lose the more than 7000 puzzles I've completed. Anyone know how to fix this???

    Microsoft Jigsaw

    I finally was able to duplicate the problem. If I have zoomed in on a puzzle (which has the ghost picture open underneath it), if I the open the puzzle view and then turn off the ghost picture before I close the puzzle view, when I reopen the ghost picture,
    it will not be aligned with my puzzle in progress. If I exit microsoft jigsaw and reopen, the ghost picture will be aligned correctly. Photo is attached.

    I'm glad I figured out how to get the puzzle and ghost picture aligned again. The problem occurred because I wanted to turn off puzzle view, and instead I turned off the ghost picture. My bad.

    When are you going to put more puzzles in Microsoft Jigsaw?

    You can purchase puzzle packs with the in game currency, have you purchased all the puzzle packs available?

    There is a new jigsaw pack added every month.

    Also have you tried the custom puzzle mode where you can create a jigsaw using one of your own photos?

    Ok, since we've gotten no response from this forum, I went looking for a solution to the downloading puzzle problems. It's probably in your privacy settings.

    I found this solution in another support forum.

    1. Close Microsoft Jigsaw. 2. Go to settings. 3. Click on Privacy. 4. Click on Background Apps. 5. Turn on " Let apps run in the background, if it's off. 6. Scroll down to Microsoft Jigsaw and set it to "On"

    Now open Microsoft Jigsaw again and try to down load your puzzles again. If it doesn't work, restart your PC. Mine started working right after the restart. Good Luck.
