    Jigsaw Timed Puzzle Ad Issues


    Microsoft Discussion: Oh look what we created. A timed game that can be adversely affected by slow or unresponsive ads. Certainly everyone will get so frustrated they will upgrade to the ad free version thereby increasing our revenue. How cool is that?
    What a bunch of really smart designers we are! Perhaps we'll even get bonuses.

    Users Respond: We could suggest several really easy ways to fix this problem, but if a company like Microsoft cared even a little bit, that wouldn't be necessary.

    ADS CAUSING GAME TO FREEZE

    THE ADS ARE STILL FREEZING THE JIGSAW PUZZLES. THIS IS PARTICULARLY FRUSTRATING WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO COMPLETE A PUZZLE UNDDR A TIME LIMIT. THE JIGSAW JAMMER IS A TIMED GAME AND IS IMPOSSIBLE WHEN THE GAME FREEZES. ONE OF THE WORST OFFENDER ADS IS THE
    HONDA FIT AD.

    PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE CORRECT THIS PROBLEM!

    jizsaw puzzle ad freezes screen

    When playing jigsaw puzzle the ad for "Lindal Cedar homes" on the bottom right corner freezes the screen till the ad is over , then the ad in back within 30 seconds. I am frustrated. Can this get fixed somehow.

    When are you going to put more puzzles in Microsoft Jigsaw?

    You can purchase puzzle packs with the in game currency, have you purchased all the puzzle packs available?

    There is a new jigsaw pack added every month.

    Also have you tried the custom puzzle mode where you can create a jigsaw using one of your own photos?

    Having same trouble here for almost 2 weeks. It is an ad for Magic Jigsaw Puzzles every time. Doesn't matter if I go into Treasure Hunt or the regular Minesweeper. Same thing happens.

    I just signed in to jigsaw puzzles trying to put together a puzzle. It has froze up on me 3 times just doing the edge pieces, then it kicked me completely out of jigsaw puzzles. A friend is having the same problem. Is Microsoft ever going to repair the problem?

    Update: Jigsaw functions properly when I play previously played puzzles. Must be an issue with Food 2 puzzle. Just guessing.
