Jigsaw 'Surfaces'

Discus and support Jigsaw 'Surfaces' in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I've finished 'numerous' Surfaces puzzles without receiving gold bars.     Jigsaw 'Surfaces'


    I've finished 'numerous' Surfaces puzzles without receiving gold bars. When the last piece of the puzzle goes in, screen freezes and logs me off. Have to log back on to Microsoft and go to puzzles again. When looking through all the options the stars
    are highlighted for the puzzle and level I just completed so not receiving gold bars and getting logged off at each finish are the problems.

    Microsoft games and Xbox sign-in issues

    Same problem with Jigsaw - Solitaire works, but not Jigsaw on Surface 4 in the past week. Xbox customer help can't solve it as this is a 'games on windows' problem, they say. Microsoft Answer Desk can't help. And Jigsaw works fine on a Dell Win 10 platform,
    so it's something about Jigsaw communicating with the xbox registry server on the Surface 4.

    Jigsaw works get on Desktop, but never loads daily challenges of Surface Pro

    let us know if it helps. Sometimes something as simple as reinstalling the game will fix an issue like this.

    I have a Surface 3 and the same problem of TFJetfire, but only when trying to play Jigsaw, because Mahjong and solitaire work good. Has anybody a solution?
