    Jigsaw stops after loading


    I use MS Jigsaw quite often. Now it opens as far as choosing which jigsaw and level of difficulty, then it closes itself and reverts to the home screen.

    Jigsaw is not starting. After loading the game it stops and leave the internet.

    What goes wrong?

    Jigsaw not starting, no prblem with solitiare

    Why doe the daliy jigsaw stops when the advertisement should load? This lasts for 6 days now. Nothing changed in my laptop and soliatire is just loading the ads normally.

    Jigsaw stops after loading

    Have you tried uninstalling the game, turning off the system by holding down the power button untill it shuts off, and then unplugging the console for a few minutes, before reinstalling the game?

    Game not loading

    Having the same issue with mine -- had to stop in the middle of a classic jigsaw and shut down the computer -- when I reopened 8 hours later, Jigsaw will not load. Same issue that you stated.

    All other Microsoft games work -- just Jigsaw that is hung up

    Day after day, the same thing. The Jigsaw Challenges don't load, so I can keep up with my progress. The Sudoku Challenges are working properly. It's the Jigsaw form that doesn't load up. Please get your developer to see where his mistake is. Then he
    can figure out a way to pass the buck, to get it fixed!

    I quite agree with you. Jigsaw is the only game that freezes. No problem with Sudoku or Mahjong. Also jigsaw takes a long time to load!
