    Jigsaw stopped loadin since 06.10.17


    Since game 3 of daily challenge on June 10th, the puzzles are not loading. Individually or monthly as calendar. Just sits and spins like there is no connection.

    Jigsaw close while loading commercial

    Hello....,

    I start Jigsaw and when i choose a puzzle there is first loding a commercial.During the loading Jigsaw stopped.

    Why?

    XBOX Series X Blast Zone stopped working

    it stopped working on series x. basically, it shows loadin... ikon on the bottom right and it never ends, just keeps loading... and we love to play on it together!!!

    so very sad!

    Game not loading

    Having the same issue with mine -- had to stop in the middle of a classic jigsaw and shut down the computer -- when I reopened 8 hours later, Jigsaw will not load. Same issue that you stated.

    All other Microsoft games work -- just Jigsaw that is hung up
