    Jigsaw *still* won't install


    This PC came with Jigsaw preinstalled. I bought new puzzles, but they would not download. I went through the boards, tried all the tricks and nothing works. Radical ideads appreciated.

    Won't install

    It says that I own Microsoft Jigsaw but it is not on my computer. I can't find it any where.

    can;t reinstall after being told to unstall

    Can't install Microsoft Jigsaw after being told to uninstall. Puzzle won't open and lost over 700.00 points.

    I have the same problem on MS Mahjong, Jigsaw, and Minesweeper: Installed, ready to play, but won't let me open them. All of them worked last week.

    PUZZLES WON'T DOWNLOAD

    I had the same issue - go to Settings > Apps, scroll down to Microsoft jigsaw. Click it but DO NOT click 'uninstall' - under the name Microsoft jigsaw and Microsoft Studios you will see 'advanced options". Click that and on the next
    screen click reset - ignore the warning. I used the reset and then re-loaded Jigsaw and it did NOT ask me to sign in again, and all my points were still in place - and the downloads worked again!

    Jigsaw won't sign in

    Having the same problem and same dialogue box when I attempt to sign in. Logged in the through the Xbox app and STILL got the same dialogue box when attempting to play jigsaw from within the app. Just the spinning wheel of nothingness.... Jigsaw is obviously
    not syncing since the recent update.

    Xbox sign-in errors resolution

    Help!!! Just had windows update on my pc running windows 8.1 cannot now play any of my collections like solitaire, majong jigsaw etc pc cannot log in as before (automatically ) keeps telling me to install from store - store won't install as already installed.
    Can't uninstall either. Have tried re-starting pc but still no joy. :(
