    Jigsaw still not working?


    I have been reading the posts from a month ago concerning Jigsaw only opening to the splash page, That is about how long I have had the problem also. I have tried the standard procedures...uninstall - reinstall..... restart the pc .. reinstall . I'm sure
    you know that won't help solve the Jigsaw issue...))

    I read that the different builds might be causing the problem. I have build 14931 now and the problem persists. I don't understand how Jigsaw is able to work perfect on some pc's and not on others. Given that all the requirements for the game to work
    are met. ie. free memory.. fast server.. hardware acceptable.... disk leaned up... not running multiple programs at same time = pc stress. All the possibilities that may stop Jigsaw from the users side of the fence have passed inspection. Now, what might
    make Jigsaw work for some Windows 10 users and not for others?

    Did anyone find a way to get it working again?

    Microsoft Jigsaw

    Microsoft Jigsaw will not log in my user name. I can log into Microsoft Solitaire and Mahjong. I have even reinstalled Jigsaw. I t still doesn't work

    A corrupted file is one of the possible reasons why your Microsoft Jigsaw is not working. For us to isolate this issue, kindly provide us the following information:

    • Can you tell us if you recently updated your computer before the issue started?
    • May I know if you tried reinstalling the game from the Windows Store?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

    In the meantime, I recommend that you run the Windows App troubleshooter to scan and repair any corrupted files for your Windows apps. You may refer to this

    • Can you tell us if you recently updated your computer before the issue started?
    • May I know if you tried reinstalling the game from the Windows Store?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

    In the meantime, I recommend that you run the Windows App troubleshooter to scan and repair any corrupted files for your Windows apps. You may refer to this

    Had to do Windows 10 reset after an update went bad.

    Reinstalled several times now, since it happened and nothing works.

    Did run the Windows App troubleshooter with no changes.

    I appreciate your reply. Since you recently reset your Windows 10, have you checked if the updates installed successfully? Normally, reinstalling the game will help you eliminate corrupted files on the game. After you installed the game, can you tell us
    what happens when attempting to launch the game?

    Let's try to remove temporary files on your computer. To do that, kindly perform the following steps below:

    1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, and then click the
      Settings icon.
    2. Select System, and then select Storage.
    3. Select This PC and click on Temporary files.
    4. Select Temporary files.
    5. Click Remove files.
    6. Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

    Microsoft Jigsaw Still Doesn't Work!

    Hello, this has been an ongoing issue which I am sure you are aware of as is MIcrosoft/Xbox support staff. They have continually tried to address it and still do i am sure. best thing you can do is submit bug reports at support.xbox.com
