    Jigsaw still malfunctioning


    16 DAYS & still Jigsaw's NOT FIXED, have tried everything. uninstall & re install 3 times, have cleared the cache, have done a disc clear, have done a defrag etc. Am at my wits end. By the way it is only the daily challenges, other puzzles are functioning
    well as are Solitaire & Mahjong. I see many other people are suffering this problem, so I don't think the problem is my computer

    Jigsaw still down

    I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?

    I have the same issue, in that the jigsaws I have tried to download won't download all the way. The line shows that it is downloading, but it stops and then nothing happens. Please fix this!!!!

    I see that you've done a lot of the basic troubleshooting, including some moderately advanced stuff! We have the right people looking into this, and they're looking for a DxDiag from users running into this. You can do that by following the below steps:

    - Hit the Windows Key on your keyboard, or click in the Search box on your task bar

    - Type 'dxdiag' (without the apostrophes) and hit enter

    - Click "Save all information" once it's completed gathering everything (there is a progress bar on the bottom left you will see)

    - Save it to a location you will quickly remember, titled with your Gamertag and DxDiag (the name should look like
    DxDiag if it were my text file)

    - Upload the text file to a file sharing site of your choice (we suggest using
    OneDrive)

    - Post back with the link to the text file

    We will pass this information on to the investigating teams to dig into further. Thanks again for your patience and assistance with pinpointing this!

    The problem still exists. Just note that it is a PC malfunction and not an XBOX malfunction.

    jigsaw falling down

    i tried restarting my computer, and reinstalling jigsaw, still it shutsdown when tryng to play any of jigsaws game
