Jigsaw starts, but the never finishes loading

i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. this had no effect. i ran the troubleshooter. this had no effect.

here's what happens:

1. i launch the app.

2. it loads, and gives me the page that allows me to select classic, jigsaw jam, or daily challenge.

3. no matter which option i pick, the screen shows the app loading, and before it completes loading i get a black screen, then a white screen with a rotating black loading cirle, then the app crashes.

Win 8, Win 8.1, or Win 10?

Have you performed a full reboot?

Do you have any secondary accounts on your PC that you can try with? (A second Microsoft account)

Do you have a second device you can try the game with on your primary account?
