    TROUBLE. Have run WSRESET several times and still the Jigsaw launches a splash screen only. Game does not continue to open / launch and there is no way to play game or daily events after upgrade to build 17692.rs in windows 10

    LATEST BUILD #17704-RS JIGSAW WILL NOT WORK - HEY, I PAID FOR PREMIUM - NOW FIX IT!

    SAME AS 10 DAYS AGO WITH LATEST BUILD #17704-RS

    Same thing is happening for me. I also have to run solitaire in guest mode.

    I am experiencing the same issue. Have followed all steps recommended from multiple sites with no difference. Also, the game was wonky after the prior upgrade as scores started increasing by millions with each challenge in the daily sets and completion
    of other puzzles.

    I as well am no longer to play the game after installing build 17692.rs in W10. Have tried all the fixes posted (cmd line Poweshell, reset and install game, reset windows store, reset xbox app, etc. (rebooting after every attempt). Game still hangs on startup,
    but don't seem to have trouble launching other Miscrosoft games (Solitare, Majhong, etc.)

    Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated.

    Same for me as well. Opening Solitaire gives a Sign In Error with error code 1170000. Looks like this update broke the authentication with Xbox Live. Would be great for someone from Microsoft to chime in on this.

    upgrade to 17704 did not help with jigsaw. I can run solitaire for a while after wsreset, but it always seems to revert after a period of time

    New insider's update to 17704, the Ms jigsaw just opens splash screen then nothing. I have tried all the fixes and still not working. You fix one problem but broke this game from working. I notice I just got a update about 10 minutes ago, still not fix.
