Jigsaw screen freezing

Discus and support Jigsaw screen freezing in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I see from recent posts that I'm not the only one dealing with freezing screens.     I see from recent posts that I'm not the only one dealing with freezing screens. It seems to happen when the ad box tries to change to another ad. This had happened once before with Microsoft Jigsaw and it was fixed.

    Skyscanner Ad is slowing and freezing the screen for Microsoft Sudoku and for Microsoft Jigsaw. Please fix it!

    I quite agree with you. Jigsaw is the only game that freezes. No problem with Sudoku or Mahjong. Also jigsaw takes a long time to load!

    Yes! I'm having issues with jigsaw and Sudoku!! It looks like it's going to load and then dumps me back at my home screen or I just get a black screen and my computer freezes. Please let me know if there is a fix, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling
    and it didn't help at all.
