    I can't receive my rewards for Jigsaw. I don't have a problem with my other games

    Since that is not a Xbox Rewards program issue, Rewards support will not be able to assist. You may want to try posting in that game's forum for assistance.

    You should be able to find a solution to help fix your problem here. If the problem is caused by a in game bug then you will need to contact the game developer Microsoft Studios. For more help you can also call official Xbox customer support.
