Jigsaw refuse to connect

I can't connect like usual, it's been at least 3 days, but others games are working (Mahjong, sudoku...) I have tried reinstalling it but there is no change at all.

how come it wont sign me in I am signed in to xbox but refuses to sign me into jigsaw

tried to update now refuses to sign me into jigsaw

why won't it open

this whole system is becoming a pain in the butt. First Solitaire Collection refuses to load on my computer & now Microsoft Jigsaw

I run Microsoft Jigsaw under XBox on Windows 10. I tried using the Microsoft Settings ->Apps->Microsoft Jigsaw -> Move button to move the app to the D: drive. Doing this broke the app as discussed above. I tried the suggested procedure above -- I got
the Xbox to connect using my facebook accounnt; however, the jigsaw game continued to indicate that it would not connect to xbox.com.

I then again used the Microsoft Settings -> apps->microsoft jigsaw -> Move command to move the app back to the C: drive where it was originally. Now jigsaw comes up connected to xbox.com and I have my data restored from the server. In other words, it
works on the C: drive but not on the D: drive.

So, for quite a while now, the Microsoft Store, and anything related to Xbox Games refuses to install. It just continually circles saying 'starting download.' For some reason, this also includes the Microsoft Jigsaw game to be unable to connect
to the cloud and will not allow a user to play any games. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling, but it gets stuck in that same 'starting download' time-suck, and it's been days and nothing will download. Any thoughts or recommendations?
