    Jigsaw quit working


    After the latest windows 10 update, Jigsaw stopped working. The game comes up to the splash screen but will not load farther. What can I do with this problem?

    Let's have you try resetting the game now. Here's the steps to do that:

    *Open your PC's settings

    *System

    *Apps & Features

    *Find 'Microsoft Jigsaw'

    *Select the game

    *Advanced Options

    *Reset

    Give that a go and see if that makes it so the game works on your PC.

    Microsoft Jigsaw quit working

    Microsoft Jigsaw quit 1-2 months ago on my PC weeks ago. It opens and does not load puzzles. this is very frustration since I have paid for full version and earned a lot of coins for my collections. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. About 2
    weeks ago my tablet updated and I can play on the tablet, but lost all the collection since I had uninstalled and reinstalled the game.

    My PC has updated Microsoft windows(10) and game still does not work.

    Last Update has Ruined The Game

    I quite agree with you. Jigsaw is the only game that freezes. No problem with Sudoku or Mahjong. Also jigsaw takes a long time to load!

    Same problem with Jigsaw - Solitaire works, but not Jigsaw on Surface 4 in the past week. Xbox customer help can't solve it as this is a 'games on windows' problem, they say. Microsoft Answer Desk can't help. And Jigsaw works fine on a Dell Win 10 platform,
    so it's something about Jigsaw communicating with the xbox registry server on the Surface 4.
