Jigsaw Puzzles

Got a new computer. All my hundreds of puzzles are gone and right now none of the new puzzles I paid for are loading. Talked with Microsoft support and they couldn't fix. Turned me over to Xbox support and the smart-aleck tech I talked to blamed me because
I was not a "hard core gamer or a techie" so supposedly although I appeared to be properly signed in my hundreds of puzzles could not be retrieved. So I have since paid for a couple more collections and none of them will load.

Methinks neither Microsoft nor Xbox gives a "rats a#$@%" because from the forum it looks like nothing is being done by either to repair the situation. What's the point?

Do you mean puzzles like jigsaw puzzles, or just games that require you to solve puzzles? In either case, Big Fish is a great source for both jigsaw puzzle and general puzzle games. They're not too expensive, have deals and discounts, and your mom can even play any game for free for one hour.

everytime i finish a puzzle ms jigsaw closes.. i have to reopen classic jigsaw to play next puzzle . i get credit for puzzle but not gold.

 

do you sign with the same account??

 

They probably were saved to a cloud storage. Maybe if you enable it, you might be able to get back those saves from before?

 

When you first started playing, you would have signed into the game with a Gamertag or Microsoft Account. Mine is for example.

I just tried searching for EILASCHMIDT on the Xbox App, however nothing came up. Do you know who you signed in as when you first started playing?

 

Yes. My Gamertag is MannerlySun1181. When I drag the cursor over my Gamertag I get the following message: "You are signed in and connected to Xbox live. Your progress is being saved in the cloud. Obviously, this message is a crock. I've been told
that the hundreds of puzzles that I have purchased and solved are gone.

I spent two hours with tech support in an effort to resolve the loss of all my puzzles. Roughly 3/4 of an hour with Microsoft support and another hour plus with Xbox. Neither "tech" could resolve the issue so I have given up ever getting those back.

Since that time, I have paid for four new puzzle collections. Two of those collections just disappeared into thin air, forcing me to purchase two more collections and try again. None of the puzzles will load in either of the two remaining collections.
The screen goes blank with the rotating dots in the center and then I am kicked back to the Microsoft Solitaire Collection Screen.

I see there are several messages with pretty much the same complaint I have. It appears that, like me, are talking to the deaf.

 

Enable "it."??? What is it?
