Jigsaw Puzzles not downloading on desktop

    I have all puzzles downloaded on laptop but only a few on my desktop. How come?

    downloadable collections will not open

    my downloadable collections in jigsaw puzzles will not open, goes back to desktop as soon as I click on downloadable collections.

    Score & Puzzle Status Not updating from Laptop to XBox Live account

    My Score and Puzzle Status on my Laptop is not updating to my XBox Live account.

    When I load Jigsaw on my desktop, or my second laptop, the score shows the same value but this is over 200,000 coins below that of my main laptop.

    I have reset Jigsaw on my Desktop and this allows me to download the puzzles I bought prior to the sync issue but not the puzzles bought since the problem started.

    My laptop bit the dust. I want to play my puzzle collections on my desktop but it won't update nor download the puzzles either.

    I had a similar problem.

    All my puzzles were on my desktop and some missing on my laptop.

    I did a search for 'puzzles' in File Explorer and found the files in 'System (CJigsaw Puzzles not downloading on desktop :) > Users > xxxxxxx > AppData > Local > Packages > Microsoft.MicrosoftJigsaw_xxxxxxxxxxxxxx'

    Copied the folder 'Microsoft.MicrosoftJigsaw_xxxxxxxxxxxxxx' onto a USB drive and transferred onto my laptop.

    When I opened Jigsaw on the laptop all my jigsaws appeared correctly.

    Make sure that your XBOX logon is the same for both PCs

    Lost game progress

    I have Microsoft Jigsaw installed on both my desktop and laptop computer. On the laptop, it shows that I haven't completed all the Jigsaw Jam puzzles. On the desktop, they show as being completed. The gold score is the same on both computers.

    What can I do to get the game back in sync on both computers?

    I too have this problems, started a day or two ago. Problem exists on both my W10 desktop and W10 Surface Pro 3 PC. I have the Premium version for $9.99/year. Uninstalled on both machines and cannot re-install on either machine, Download starts and when
    license is acquired the same error message show up again. Hey Microsoft, time to fix this. I have downloaded Jigsaw Premium Puzzle from the store until the XBox Jigsaw gest fixed. If not fixed soon, forget this MS game, very disappointing as it is not the
    first time I have issues with this MS Jigsaw puzzle game.
