Jigsaw puzzles disappeared, state download, but does not

Discus and support Jigsaw puzzles disappeared, state download, but does not in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Computer updated now MSJS puzzles all disappeared.     Jigsaw puzzles disappeared, state download, but does not


    Computer updated now MSJS puzzles all disappeared. They are in the collection and state download, Takes my points, but does not download. Please tell me how to fix or I will delete the game.

    Download

    I downloaded Gardens from the Jigsaw Collections and even played one or two.

    But it has disappeared and no longer shows up in Classic Jigsaw or Downloadable puzzles.

    will not download

    I bought two collections of jigsaw puzzles with points accumulated. It deducted the points but would not download. It looks as if it will download but does not and eventually the programme closes.

    Microsoft jigsaw won't download puzzle collection

    Does anyone know how to delete jigsaw puzzle collections when they are completed.. It is one of my favorite games, but when I download them and can't DELETE them .. I don't want to use all my space for puzzles..

    PLEASE HELP ME DELETE THE COMPLETED JIGSAW PUZZLES.

    Microsoft jigsaw will not open in full screen

    Jigsaw has been deteriorating gradually on a day to day basis. Shortly after Windows update at the end of August, the Jigsaw App has gone 'berserk'. The total accumulated points disappeared, the daily challenges began to dysfunction and eventually resulted
    in having to perform each 2 or more times by reloading and playing... then the next step required multiple play and the third became a repeat of steps 1 and 2. Today... 08 September 2020, the app does not load... I have tried every part of the Jigsaw app and
    if the issue requires access to the Cloud... it will simply 'Fail'. Any part of the App which features 'Advertising' is impacted greatly by the interruptions due to a damaged video clip[ or a faulty advertisement.. often followed by a crash and the extent
    of work is lost... Puzzles featuring 500+ pieces or more fail to actually trigger their completion and then crash... the recent opening preview returns to 0 percent and you can't get the image to disappear... yet in the puzzle series it shows the completed
    puzzle. The issue continues...
