Jigsaw Puzzle won't load

Discus and support Jigsaw Puzzle won't load in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Every time I try to open up Microsoft jigsaw puzzle it thinks for a while and then closes.     Jigsaw Puzzle won't load


    Every time I try to open up Microsoft jigsaw puzzle it thinks for a while and then closes. I have not been able to do any puzzles for about a week now.

    Microsoft Jigsaw not running right today.

    Very fed up. Microsoft Jigsaw mostly doesn't load at all, sometimes it does and wants to download a free app, which then fails to load. It won't let me sign in. This is all very frustrating.

    Plus, on the rare occasion it does load, most of the puzzle collections I have already downloaded do not show. I am not a premium user.

    I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?
