Jigsaw puzzle problem

My premier membership for Microsoft Jigsaw recently expired. I didn't renew it because I didn't feel it was worth it since there were only 5 new puzzles for the year. As I'm currently working on a new puzzle, I now remember why I
bought the membership to begin with. Every time the ads change in the bottom right hand corner it freezes up the screen!! So we're talking every 5 to 10 seconds!! Is anyone else having this problem?

Habe auch das Problem mit der App vom Jigsaw Puzzle alle anderen Spiele auf den PC von Microsoft laufen einwandfrei, vom 01,08-13,08 war alles ok. ab den 14,08,2016 nach windows 10 update hat das Problem begonnen, bitte um Hilfe das mein Puzzle Jigsaw wieder
geht .

freezing up

I just signed in to jigsaw puzzles trying to put together a puzzle. It has froze up on me 3 times just doing the edge pieces, then it kicked me completely out of jigsaw puzzles. A friend is having the same problem. Is Microsoft ever going to repair the problem?

I don't have an issue with it freezing my computer. What type of system are you running it on?
