Jigsaw Puzzle not signing on

when I open Jigsaw Puzzle it will not Sign in.

Popup says "Choose another item" , "This in-app purchase item is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw"

This is annoying since I still have 6 months left in my premium purchase.

Please advise

I just signed in to jigsaw puzzles trying to put together a puzzle. It has froze up on me 3 times just doing the edge pieces, then it kicked me completely out of jigsaw puzzles. A friend is having the same problem. Is Microsoft ever going to repair the problem?

tried couple of resets with no luck. De-installed and Re-installed jigsaw again no luck

You can right click the app icon, then click more, then click app settings, then here you can reset or repair the app.

You can purchase puzzle packs with the in game currency, have you purchased all the puzzle packs available?

There is a new jigsaw pack added every month.

Also have you tried the custom puzzle mode where you can create a jigsaw using one of your own photos?
