    Jigsaw puzzle game will not load


    My jigsaw puzzle game will close when I try to open a puzzle. I have not been able to play it for several months. I tried to uninstall and then reinstall, still did not help. Can you help fix?

    For the past three days the daily challenge for Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzles will not down load the third puzzle. Why?

    For this issue I recommend you post a thread at Microsoft Casual Games Community and they should be able to get you more information regarding your problem.

    Jigsaw still down

    I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?

    I don't think these Xbox people respond or solve anything - so glad I don't own one of their stupid gaming systems.

    When are you going to put more puzzles in Microsoft Jigsaw?

    You can purchase puzzle packs with the in game currency, have you purchased all the puzzle packs available?

    There is a new jigsaw pack added every month.

    Also have you tried the custom puzzle mode where you can create a jigsaw using one of your own photos?

    Same thing for me. It is getting really bad! Usually I would close out of the Microsoft Solitaire Collection app, and restart it, then Jigsaw would open. Now it takes a half dozen or more times. It is truly becoming unplayable. This morning
    I have a puzzle at 36% complete, and I've been trying for about an hour to load Jigsaw to finish it to no avail. My PC is a beast, so it is not that my machine is under-powered. Also Jigsaw erases my progress of completed puzzles arbitrarily. So damn frustrating!
    This can't be that hard to fix. I think it has to do with the app loading an advertisement during these rotating circles thing.
