Jigsaw Puzzle Daily Challenges

Discus and support Jigsaw Puzzle Daily Challenges in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I am playing the daily challenges in the Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzles.     Jigsaw Puzzle Daily Challenges


    I am playing the daily challenges in the Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzles. I can see at the bottom of the screen what the month progress is and how many coins. BUT I have NOT received that many coins and even at the end of the month I don't receive them. So it looks like the only coins I received is the few that I get for finishing each challenge which amounts to about 200 - 300 total per day. How do I get the other points?

    Jigsaw still down

    I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?

    I couldn't download daily challenges and new puzzles, either. Today I switched on "Let apps run in the background" (Settings->Privacy->Background apps) for Microsoft Jigsaw, Microsoft Store and Xbox, and daily challenges finally started to work. Maybe this
    will help you, too.

    The same thing happened to me on 31st December - no more daily challenges. They start to load (seemlingly) then it just switches off Jigsaw altogether!

    Jigsaw collections work as usual, but not Daily Challenges.

    More information: In Daily Challenges, the first puzzle I try to solve does not award me the blue ribbon. I have to solve it a second time or solve one of the other two puzzles. Also, sometimes I am seeing five Daily Challenge puzzles instead of three. It changes to three when I go to a puzzle and return to Daily Challenges. Perhaps this is what's causing the problem I reported.
