    Jigsaw puzzle app for PC does not log in.


    I can not get Microsoft jigsaw app to log in. what I have done so far, clearing all cookies from my cache. closed program then logged in at Microsoft.com, Microsoft store, and Xbox.com. Then reopened the app. I have deleted the app 5 times and reinstalled.
    I spent 2 hours online with a customer representative trying to trouble shoot it. I have a reference number and may have to go back to them to get it to work, but I thought If anyone here has had this problem maybe they can responded on how the fixed it.

    Just to be clear the app opens and everything works. I get a window in top right of app window stating " Sorry we can't sign you in. Try signing in at Xbox.com , Then reopen the app."

    I can play the basic game as if It was my first time using the app. Once I close and reopen it, It starts anew again.

    The game works just fine on my computer at work. This started after the last Update from Microsoft. I think the program that was updated was called Agentbrooker.

    Habe auch das Problem mit der App vom Jigsaw Puzzle alle anderen Spiele auf den PC von Microsoft laufen einwandfrei, vom 01,08-13,08 war alles ok. ab den 14,08,2016 nach windows 10 update hat das Problem begonnen, bitte um Hilfe das mein Puzzle Jigsaw wieder
    geht .

  3. Microsoft Jigsaw crashing in Windows 10 when opening a puzzle

    About a week ago, Microsoft Jigsaw started crashing once I selected a puzzle to play. I have been playing the free version on my Windows 10 PC, and this happens for every type of puzzle (Classic Jigsaw, Jigsaw Jam, Daily Challenges)

    Here are the things that I've tried that have not worked:

    • Restarted my PC
    • Ensured my version of Windows 10 is updated
    • Ensured my version of Microsoft Jigsaw is updated
    • Reset game cache
    • Uninstalled and re-installed the game

    Is there anything else I can do? I really enjoyed the app...

    I have the same problem with mahjong and solitaire but not the jigsaw puzzle app.

    Microsoft Jigsaw: Additional troubleshooting guide

    Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Click Microsoft Jigsaw > Advance options > Reset

    Worked fine for me. YAY! another month of jigsaw puzzles to solve.

    Ok, since we've gotten no response from this forum, I went looking for a solution to the downloading puzzle problems. It's probably in your privacy settings.

    I found this solution in another support forum.

    1. Close Microsoft Jigsaw. 2. Go to settings. 3. Click on Privacy. 4. Click on Background Apps. 5. Turn on " Let apps run in the background, if it's off. 6. Scroll down to Microsoft Jigsaw and set it to "On"

    Now open Microsoft Jigsaw again and try to down load your puzzles again. If it doesn't work, restart your PC. Mine started working right after the restart. Good Luck.
