Jigsaw progress not saved

Jigsaw is backup to your account and as long as your device is connected to internet while playing your progress and points are saved to cloud.

Logging in again with the same account after reinstall will return to the same point.

Renzo does this work for you? Can you sign in on the other profile so two can play after you load the save?

I have the xbox one and just bought this game. Same issues for me; "no saved data". I did this twice now. So what I did was uninstalled and re installed the game and there was my data. So last night I completely 100% let the game install and tried again.
Saved and exit; I'll know later today after work if it worked this time. Has anyone since this post had success in saving your game data?
