    Jigsaw program not functioning properly


    I have been having the same troubles with this program that many others I see have had for a long long time. It doesn't look like anybody from Microsoft even looks at these posts. The program just turns itself off, the daily challenges just keep on loading
    but never loads, I buy downloads that never download into my collection and now all my collections I have bought in the past are gone. I purchased the premium (no ads) version this morning and was going to buy some new puzzles since I still have all my gold
    even tho I seem to have lost all the puzzles in my collection. Now it is turning itself off again when I try to download any puzzles and the daily challenges still will not load.

    I am having the same issue. I contacted respawn and they ld me it was EAs problem. I contact EA and they only offer generic advice like hard resets amd give up and send me here. From the looks of it no solution here eithetr. Seriously how were they so unprepared
    at launch?!

    I have had the same problem as almost everyone, click play and it just loads until a "cannot connect to servers" message appears. I have tried changing the datacenter didn't work. Was really looking forward to this game. Can't what for respawn to fix this
    oh an respawn next time make sure you finish a game before you release it and once you have released it fix any problems like this IMMEDIATELY.

    MS Jigsaw Crashes

    Update: Jigsaw functions properly when I play previously played puzzles. Must be an issue with Food 2 puzzle. Just guessing.

    You're correct. It is not a hardware issue. It is a programming issue. Without the proper firmware installed on the drives the games may not function properly.

    Reach out to PowerA to see if they can help you get the controller working on PC. You might need additional drivers of even a program to get it functioning properly

    does anyone know what the farm counts are for both or either 360 and X1 consoles? I have been having problems with ping rates at least being higher than the day before before 1st patch on day release for 360 my datacenter us east was 16ms not since patching
    is jumped to 24-30 ms ping.

    I had this problem, After digging for awhile it seems that older Belkin routers seem to be at the root of the issue, mine at least. Still not sure what the problem is exactly.... that bothers me

    I got around this by opening setting on the xbox, nav to network >> advanced settings >> for dns select manual >> enter as primary 8.8.8.8 and 4.2.2.2 as secondary. When I supplied 4.2.2.2 as primary this fix did not work ... so you might have to try reversing
    these if it doesn't work for you immediately.

    This fixed my issue anyway. Still would like to know why this wasn't working, this concerns me long term, what the implications for other games might be. I don't want to have to replace, tweek my network setup everytime a game is released.

    Hopefully these setting changes are relatively passive and do not effect future online games....
