    Jigsaw Problems


    I reinstalled Microsoft Jigsaw app this year after having so many problems with it that I quit using it. It had taken away thousands of my earned points and removed every one of the many puzzles that I had purchased with points. So far this year it has
    been working fairly well, but every once in awhile it will not show puzzles that I have recently purchased. I completed a puzzle in a certain category last night but when I tried to work another one today in the same category, the category was gone. The other
    problem is that since it removed all of my purchased puzzles earlier last year, I have no way of knowing which ones I had already purchased before because they all show as new. One that I bought recently showed that I had worked a certain level on every puzzle
    in that category. Doesn't Microsoft have any programmers who know how to fix their broken software? I am just about ready to uninstall the app again.

    Same problem with Jigsaw - Solitaire works, but not Jigsaw on Surface 4 in the past week. Xbox customer help can't solve it as this is a 'games on windows' problem, they say. Microsoft Answer Desk can't help. And Jigsaw works fine on a Dell Win 10 platform,
    so it's something about Jigsaw communicating with the xbox registry server on the Surface 4.

    I quite agree with you. Jigsaw is the only game that freezes. No problem with Sudoku or Mahjong. Also jigsaw takes a long time to load!

    I bought two collections of jigsaw puzzles with points accumulated. It deducted the points but wont

    try reinstalling Jigsaw to see if this fixes the problem.
