jigsaw problems today

Wouldn't sign in like everyone else. Followed directions to sign in and lost over 300,000 gold and most of my collections today. Dont follow the directions; it only gets worse. :{

Jigsaw does not do a correct login

Hello,

Yesterday Jigsaw did work fine. Today it shows the same old problems. Whar I can say now is that Jigsaw does do a correct login. Furthermore this time I write down the error code. It says:

Select a different article

This in-app bought article is not available within Microsoft Jigsaw anymore

Has anybody an idea about this?

Same problem with Jigsaw - Solitaire works, but not Jigsaw on Surface 4 in the past week. Xbox customer help can't solve it as this is a 'games on windows' problem, they say. Microsoft Answer Desk can't help. And Jigsaw works fine on a Dell Win 10 platform,
so it's something about Jigsaw communicating with the xbox registry server on the Surface 4.

I have the same problem as DJ Caesar, all my progress has been wiped when I came to use it today. and have only 3 Jigsaw's instead of the 16 I should have.

Yesterday and today both Solitaire and Jigsaw will not come up, Get the solitaire collection main page and the jigsaw collection main page and they just stay there. I tried unloading Solitaire and then re-loading and nothing changed.
