    No more Jigsaw

    I had completed almost 50 of your puzzles.....was holding 15,000 gold bars until your ads started freezing up the game. Could you please find somebody who knows how to update the software and contact me when and if you do. No more of this crap for me

    Jigsaw Freezing issue

    I have had the same freeze problems with Jigsaw; just tried getting out of Windows 10 XBox Beta and back to Windows 10 Xbox..... IT WORKS. No more freezing.

    Microsoft games and Xbox sign-in issues

    Same problem with Jigsaw - Solitaire works, but not Jigsaw on Surface 4 in the past week. Xbox customer help can't solve it as this is a 'games on windows' problem, they say. Microsoft Answer Desk can't help. And Jigsaw works fine on a Dell Win 10 platform,
    so it's something about Jigsaw communicating with the xbox registry server on the Surface 4.
